The Niche Validation System · v1.0

Eight months of uploads is an expensive way to learn the niche was wrong.

A faceless channel in a niche that cannot pay you fails at ten videos and fails at a thousand. The decision that ends most channels is made before the first upload — and it is usually made on a feeling. This is the method for making it on evidence instead, in an afternoon.

The problem

Volume is not the bottleneck. Selection is.

The faceless-content economy sells effort. Post more, batch harder, buy the tool. It is the most profitable advice in the category, because when volume fails you blame yourself and buy again.

But output cannot rescue a niche with no advertiser demand, no buying intent, and no room for a two-hundredth channel. Those properties are knowable in advance. Almost nobody checks, because checking has never been written down as a procedure with a threshold you are not allowed to argue with.

What this is. A scoring rubric, the prompts that feed it, and a worked example of it rejecting a plausible niche. It is a decision tool. It tells you what to skip.
What's inside

Four parts, one afternoon

01

The seven-point scorecard

Ad RPM ceiling, faceless feasibility, evergreen demand, competitor gap, script clarity for AI narration, audience buying intent, topic breadth. Ten points each, seventy total, and a hard reject below 62 — the number exists so you cannot negotiate with a bad idea at 9pm.

02

The five-prompt validation stack

Divergence sweep, ruthless elimination, competitor teardown, 100-title stress test, validation and packaging. Copy-paste, with the model each one is written for and the reason it is sequenced where it is.

03

A worked example, scored live

The rubric run end to end on a real candidate niche, including the axis that kills it. Watching a plausible idea fail the test is the part that transfers — a passing example teaches you nothing about where the line is.

04

A revenue model you drive

Sliders for RPM, views, upload rate and cost, so you can see what a niche would have to do to be worth your year. Built from published RPM benchmarks. Arithmetic on your inputs — not a forecast, and not anybody's results.

Format: one self-contained HTML file. Opens in any browser, works offline, nothing to install, no account. Yours permanently, including future revisions of v1.
Fit

Who this is for, and who it isn't

Buy it if

  • You have published somewhere between 20 and 200 videos and have views but no meaningful revenue
  • You suspect the niche is the problem and have no way to check
  • You already own the tools and don't need another software recommendation
  • You would rather be told to abandon an idea today than find out in June

Skip it if

  • You haven't started. Run the free scorer instead — it costs nothing and answers the same question more roughly.
  • You want to be told it works. This tool mostly says no, which is the point, and you will resent it.
  • You're looking for done-for-you channels, an automation service, or someone to run it with you.
  • You want a script writer, a voice tool, or a thumbnail method. None of that is here.
Limits

What this does not do

Stated before the price rather than after it, because you have almost certainly been sold something in this category that buried this section.

It has no search-volume data. The rubric scores structural properties of a niche using your judgement and your research. It does not connect to a keyword tool and cannot tell you how many people searched for something last month.
It cannot tell you that a niche will work. A passing score means no structural reason to reject it was found. That is a much weaker claim than "this will succeed," and anything promising the stronger version is lying to you.
There are no results to show you. No revenue screenshots, no channel to point at, no students. Faceless Advantage is new. The argument for the method is the method, which is why the free scorer exists — check the logic yourself before you pay for the applied version.
It will not make videos. Validation ends where production begins.

Checkout is not live yet — card processing is still being set up, and a button that appears to take money and then fails is worse than no button. Add your address and you get one message the day it opens, with the launch price held.

Automated email is not live yet either, so this is a list, not an autoresponder — one message when checkout opens. No sharing, no reselling, unsubscribe any time.
Not ready to pay for anything? The free niche scorer runs the same seven criteria in your browser, needs no email to use, and will tell you whether your current niche clears the bar. If it says no, you have saved yourself the $27 and considerably more than that in time.
